Return & Exchange Policy

 

Online Domestic Returns 

We accept returns and exchanges for online orders for almost all products. We offer the option to exchange or return if the item(s) are unworn, and undamaged with hygienic liner and tags intact. We allow returns up to 14 days of delivery, and exchange or store credit up to 30 days with the exception of items marked “Final Sale “

We provide each customer with one pre-paid return label per order. Once received, we will inspect that the product(s) is not damaged or worn. If unworn and undamaged, with hygienic liner and tags intact we will credit your purchase upon inspection. If we determine the product(s) is damaged or worn, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from 1000 Palms. You may also exchange/return online orders in store, if purchased within the 14 day window of delivery for returns, and 30 days for exchanges or store credit 

 

International Returns:

We do accept returns for international purchases on almost all products if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, with hygienic liner and tags intact and within the 14 day window of delivery for returns, and 30 day window for exchanges or store credit .. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for international returns and exchanges. Items marked “Final Sale “ can not be returned.

 Customers are responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters the receiving country. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order. If the customer refuses to pay the duties/tax, customer will be refunded their order less return shipping and duties/tax.

 

In-Store Returns/Exchange Policy:

We offer the option to return your order, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, with hygienic liner and tags intact and within the 14 day window of purchase. We offer exchanges for merchandise, or store credit if the item is within 30 days of purchased. Original Receipts for the items must be presented to process any in store return or exchange
